You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Cultwide cancels it.
Fee Changes: Cultwide, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees. Any change will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
AI Features: Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to analyze data provided by the Client. These insights are intended for informational and optimization purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Cultwide does not guarantee the results of AI-driven predictions.
Data Ownership: Clients retain all rights to the member data and content they upload. By using the Service, you grant Cultwide a license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You agree not to use the Service:
For any unlawful purposes or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape the platform.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cultwide and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Cultwide, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
