We provide both digital software solutions and physical hardware integrations to help automate your gym. This policy outlines how we deliver these different components to you.
For our AI-based Admin Panel and Gym Management Software:
Delivery Method: Access is provided digitally via the cloud.
Timeline: Upon successful payment and account verification, your login credentials and dashboard access will be activated instantly (or within 24 hours for custom setups).
Shipping Charges: There are no shipping charges for software-only subscriptions.
If you have ordered physical hardware (e.g., Attendance Kiosks with Thermal Scanners, Smart Weighing Scales, or Digital Workout Counters):
Processing Time: All hardware orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Zones: We currently ship to all major cities across India. (If you offer international shipping, e.g., to the USA or Dubai, add: We also offer international shipping to select regions; please contact us for a custom quote.)
Estimated Delivery Time: * Metros: 5–7 business days.
Non-Metros: 7–12 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the hardware. These will be displayed at checkout or provided in your proforma invoice.
Once your hardware has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Please note that "Shipping" refers to the transport of the hardware to your premises.
Remote Support: Our team provides free remote assistance via Zoom/Google Meet to help you integrate the hardware with your Cultwide Admin Panel.
On-Site Installation: If you require a technician for physical installation, additional charges may apply based on your gym's location.

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it and contact us within 48 hours at [Insert Email].
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with our logistics partner.
Cultwide is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
