Monthly Plans: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments. Once a monthly billing cycle has begun, the service will remain active until the end of that period, and no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
Annual Plans: If you have subscribed to an annual plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After 7 days, the annual fee is non-refundable.
Renewal Charges: Subscriptions are set to auto-renew. It is the responsibility of the user to cancel the subscription before the renewal date. Refund requests for "accidental renewals" will not be entertained.
If you have purchased physical hardware from Cultwide (e.g., Attendance Kiosks, Smart Scales, or Workout Counters):
Defective Products: If the hardware arrives damaged or is technically defective, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund after inspecting the unit.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for hardware once it has been installed or integrated into your gym's local network.
We may offer a [Insert Number, e.g., 14-day] free trial to allow you to explore our AI admin panel features.
No credit card is required for the trial (if applicable).
Once the trial expires, you will not be charged unless you manually upgrade to a paid plan. Therefore, no refunds are applicable to trial periods.
You can cancel your Cultwide subscription at any time through your Admin Panel under "Billing Settings" or by contacting our support team.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
Following the end of the cycle, your data may be archived for a limited period before being permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While we guarantee 99.9% uptime, Cultwide is not liable for refunds due to temporary service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers, internet outages, or scheduled maintenance.
